Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) defines the rules and guidelines for using Premium IT services. All clients and their end-users must comply with this policy.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on our network and infrastructure:
- Illegal Content: Hosting, distributing, or linking to content that violates applicable laws
- Spam & Unsolicited Communications: Sending bulk unsolicited email, SMS, or other messages
- Network Abuse: DDoS attacks, port scanning, packet spoofing, or any form of network intrusion
- Malware Distribution: Hosting or distributing viruses, trojans, ransomware, or exploit kits
- Resource Abuse: Cryptocurrency mining (unless on a plan explicitly allowing it), intentional overloading of shared resources
- Intellectual Property Infringement: Hosting pirated content, counterfeit goods, or materials that infringe copyrights or trademarks
- Fraudulent Activity: Phishing, identity theft, financial fraud, or impersonation
Enforcement
Violations will result in: first offense — warning and 24-hour remediation window; second offense — temporary suspension; third offense — immediate termination without refund. Premium IT reserves the right to skip steps for severe violations.
Abuse Reporting
To report abuse, please contact abuse@premium-it.network with relevant evidence including timestamps and IP addresses. We respond to all abuse reports within 24 hours.
