Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe content hosted on our infrastructure infringes your copyright, please send a written notice containing:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
- Identification of the infringing material and its location (URL or IP address)
- Your contact information (name, address, phone number, email)
- A statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate

Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification containing: your signature, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury, and your consent to jurisdiction. We will forward counter-notifications to the original complainant.
Repeat Infringers
Premium IT maintains a policy of terminating services for clients who are repeat copyright infringers.
