1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any services provided by Premium IT ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
2. Services
Premium IT provides dedicated server hosting, colocation, IP transit, and related infrastructure services. All services are subject to availability and may be modified at our discretion with reasonable notice to active clients.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You are liable for all activities conducted under your account.
4. Payment Terms
All invoices are due within the payment terms specified on the invoice (typically Net-14). Late payments may result in service suspension after a 5-day grace period. We reserve the right to charge a late fee of 1.5% per month on overdue balances.
5. Service Level Agreement
Our SLA commitments are detailed in our separate Service Level Agreement document. SLA credits are the sole remedy for service outages.
6. Limitation of Liability
Premium IT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to terminate immediately for violations of our Acceptable Use Policy. Upon termination, all data will be retained for 7 days before permanent deletion.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the primary datacenter of your service is located.
