Network
All of our dedicated servers come standard with a 10 Gbps port. For higher-throughput workloads, we also offer 100 Gbps and 400 Gbps port options through our IP Transit service. Bandwidth is unmetered on most plans, meaning you can use your full port speed 24/7 without overage charges. Contact our sales team for custom bandwidth configurations.
Yes, every dedicated server includes always-on DDoS protection at no additional cost. Our standard mitigation handles volumetric attacks up to 1 Tbps and covers Layer 3, Layer 4, and Layer 7 attack vectors. Detection typically occurs within 10 seconds, and mitigation is applied inline without rerouting your traffic, so there is no added latency during normal operations. For clients requiring custom filtering rules or dedicated scrubbing capacity, we offer enhanced DDoS protection plans.
Our network connects directly to major internet exchanges in every region we operate, including AMS-IX (Amsterdam), DE-CIX (Frankfurt), LINX (London), Equinix IX (New York, Los Angeles, Tokyo, Singapore), TorIX (Toronto), IX.br (São Paulo), and UAE-IX (Dubai). We also maintain private peering arrangements with over 3,000 ISPs and content networks globally, ensuring optimal routing paths for your traffic.
We guarantee 99.99% network uptime across all datacenter locations, backed by a service level agreement that provides credit for any downtime beyond the guaranteed threshold. Our network infrastructure is built with full redundancy at every layer, including diverse upstream transit providers, redundant core routers, and multiple fiber paths between facilities. We publish real-time network status on our status page.
Absolutely. Each server comes with one IPv4 address and a /64 IPv6 block by default. Additional IPv4 addresses are available in blocks of /29 (5 usable), /28 (13 usable), /27 (29 usable), and /24 (253 usable), subject to justified need per ARIN/RIPE policy. Additional IPv6 blocks up to /48 are available at no extra charge. Contact our support team to request additional allocations.
Servers & Setup
Most in-stock dedicated servers are provisioned and ready to use within 4 hours of order confirmation and payment. For custom configurations or servers that require special hardware, provisioning typically takes 24 to 48 hours. GPU servers may require up to 72 hours depending on availability. You will receive root credentials and access details via email as soon as your server is online.
We support a wide range of operating systems that can be deployed automatically during provisioning or reinstalled at any time via our management panel. Available options include Ubuntu Server (20.04, 22.04, 24.04), Debian (11, 12), CentOS Stream (8, 9), Rocky Linux (8, 9), AlmaLinux (8, 9), Fedora Server, Windows Server (2019, 2022), and FreeBSD. Custom ISO installations are also supported for clients who need specialized distributions.
Yes, every dedicated server comes with full root (Linux) or Administrator (Windows) access. You have complete control over the operating system, software stack, and all configurations. We do not impose any restrictions on what you can install or run, as long as it complies with our acceptable use policy. IPMI/BMC access is also provided for out-of-band management, remote console, and hardware-level reboots.
Yes, RAM and storage upgrades can be performed on most server configurations. RAM upgrades are typically completed within the same business day and require a brief maintenance window for installation. Storage drives can be added to available bays or swapped for higher-capacity models. CPU changes require a server migration, which our team can coordinate with minimal downtime. Contact support to discuss upgrade options for your specific server.
Yes, we support both software and hardware RAID configurations. During the order process, you can select from common RAID levels including RAID 0 (striping), RAID 1 (mirroring), RAID 5, RAID 6, and RAID 10. Servers with two drives default to RAID 1 for data redundancy, but this can be changed to RAID 0 or JBOD upon request. For servers with four or more drives, we can configure more advanced RAID arrays to balance your performance and redundancy needs.
Sales
We offer monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual billing cycles. Monthly billing provides maximum flexibility with no long-term commitment. Quarterly billing includes a 3% discount, semi-annual billing includes a 5% discount, and annual billing includes a 10% discount off the monthly rate. All billing cycles are prepaid, and invoices are generated automatically. We also offer daily billing for short-term projects and testing.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, bank wire transfers, and ACH payments. For enterprise clients with annual contracts, we can accommodate purchase orders and NET-30 payment terms upon credit approval. Cryptocurrency payments (Bitcoin, Ethereum) are accepted for quarterly and annual prepayments. All transactions are processed securely with PCI-DSS compliant payment infrastructure.
Standard dedicated servers have no setup fee. Your only cost is the monthly recurring charge for the server configuration and any add-ons you select. IP Transit ports carry a one-time setup fee as listed on our pricing page. Custom configurations that require special hardware sourcing may incur a setup fee, which will be quoted before you commit to the order.
Yes, we offer significant volume discounts for clients deploying 10 or more servers. Discounts are tiered based on the total number of servers and contract length, with savings of up to 25% on monthly rates for large-scale, multi-year commitments. Our sales team will work with you to design a custom pricing proposal that fits your deployment plan and budget. Contact sales@premiumit.tech to start the conversation.
Monthly servers can be cancelled at any time with no penalty. Simply submit a cancellation request through your account panel or contact support, and service will terminate at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months. For quarterly, semi-annual, and annual plans cancelled early, a prorated refund is issued for the remaining full months, minus a 10% early termination fee. Servers must be cancelled at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.
Technical
Linux servers can be accessed via SSH using the root credentials provided upon provisioning. Windows servers support Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP). Additionally, every server includes IPMI/BMC access, which provides an out-of-band management interface for remote console, power cycling, and hardware monitoring. IPMI is accessible via a dedicated management IP address provided with your server details. We recommend setting up key-based SSH authentication and disabling password login for security.
We provide basic infrastructure monitoring for all servers at no extra charge, including ping monitoring, port monitoring, and hardware health alerts via IPMI sensors. If your server becomes unreachable, our monitoring system generates an alert and our support team investigates within minutes. For detailed application-level monitoring, we recommend deploying tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix, or Datadog on your server. Our support team can assist with initial monitoring setup upon request.
Our standard service is unmanaged, meaning you have full control and responsibility for the operating system and software stack. However, we offer optional managed support packages that include OS patching, security hardening, firewall configuration, backup management, and 24/7 proactive monitoring. Managed support starts at $99 per month per server. For clients who need occasional help without a full managed plan, our support team provides ad-hoc assistance at $75 per hour.
We offer several backup options to protect your data. Each server can be configured with local RAID redundancy for drive-level protection. For offsite backups, we provide dedicated backup storage servers with 10TB to 100TB capacity starting at $29 per month. Automated backup scheduling can be configured using tools such as rsync, Borg, or Restic. For disaster recovery, we can replicate your server configuration to a secondary datacenter in a different geographic region, ensuring business continuity in the event of a facility-level incident.
Yes, all servers within the same datacenter location can be connected via a private VLAN at no additional cost, providing high-speed, low-latency communication that does not count toward your public bandwidth allocation. Private VLANs support full 10 Gbps throughput between servers. For private networking across different datacenter locations, we offer encrypted VXLAN tunnels and dedicated cross-connect options. Contact our network team to design a multi-site private network topology for your deployment.
