Uptime is the foundation of everything we do. In 2025, our global infrastructure delivered an aggregate availability of 99.993%, translating to less than 37 minutes of unplanned downtime across the entire year. This exceeds our SLA commitment of 99.95% by a significant margin.
How We Achieved It
Several key investments contributed to this result:
- Redundant power paths: All facilities feature 2N power with automatic transfer switches and on-site diesel generators tested monthly.
- Network diversity: Each data center is connected via at least three independent upstream providers with BGP failover.
- Proactive monitoring: Our NOC uses predictive analytics to identify failing components — such as degrading SSDs or rising DIMM error rates — before they cause outages.
- Rolling maintenance: Firmware and OS updates are applied in rolling batches to eliminate single points of failure during maintenance windows.
Transparency Report
We believe in full transparency. Our status page provides real-time visibility into the health of all services. In 2025, we published 12 incident post-mortems, each with root cause analysis and preventive measures. We will continue this practice in 2026.
