Welcome to Your Client Portal
The Premium IT Client Portal gives you full control over your servers, invoices, and support tickets from a single dashboard. Here is an overview of each section.
Dashboard
After logging in, you will see a summary of your active servers, recent invoices, and open tickets. Quick action buttons let you reboot a server or open a new ticket without navigating away.
My Servers
This section lists every server assigned to your account. For each server you can view:
- IP address, hostname, and data center location
- Current status (active, suspended, provisioning)
- Hardware configuration details
- Resource usage graphs (CPU, RAM, bandwidth)
Invoices & Billing
View all past and current invoices. You can download PDF copies, see payment status, and update your payment method. Invoices are generated on the 1st of each month and due within 14 days.
Support Tickets
Create new tickets, reply to existing ones, and track resolution progress. Our average first response time is under 15 minutes for high-priority issues.
Account Settings
Update your contact information, change your password, and manage notification preferences. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication for added security.
