How to Request

- Specify your current server and the desired upgrade
- Our team will confirm availability and provide a quote
- Once approved, we'll schedule the upgrade during your preferred maintenance window
Pricing
Upgrade costs are prorated for the remainder of your current billing cycle. The new rate applies from the next full billing period.
Downtime
RAM and storage upgrades typically require 15-30 minutes of downtime. Full server migrations are performed with minimal downtime using our migration tools, usually under 1 hour.
