This guide explains the different sections of your Premium IT invoice.
Invoice Header
Contains your unique invoice number (format: INV-YYYYMMDD-XXX), issue date, due date, and payment terms.
Line Items
Each service or product is listed as a separate line item with:
- Description: The service name, server configuration, or add-on
- Period: The billing period covered (e.g., March 1-31, 2026)
- Quantity: Number of units
- Unit Price: Cost per unit
- Total: Line item total
Totals Section
- Subtotal: Sum of all line items before tax
- Tax: Applicable VAT or sales tax (if any)
- Discount: Any applied promo codes or loyalty discounts
- Total Due: Final amount to be paid
Payment Methods
We accept bank transfer (SEPA/SWIFT), credit card, and cryptocurrency. Payment details are listed at the bottom of each invoice.
